Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs) and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM (11:00 hrs). Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability upon arrival and can be pre-arranged with our front desk team.

Yes! The resort is situated directly on the shores of Baga Beach. Our private manicured garden pathways lead directly onto the soft beach sand, allowing seamless access to the Arabian Sea without having to cross any public roads.

All our cottages and room packages include complimentary high-speed WiFi, 24-hour front desk assistance, daily housekeeping, tea and coffee maker with replenishments, packaged drinking water, electronic in-room safe, luxury bath toiletries, and access to our swimming pool and sun lounge deck.

Yes, private AC airport transfers from both Dabolim Airport (GOI ~40 km) and Manohar International Airport Mopa (GOX ~30 km), as well as Thivim Railway Station (~19 km), can be arranged on request by contacting our travel desk.

Absolutely. We curate bespoke beachfront candlelight dinners decorated with flowers, lanterns, and special multi-course menus right by the Arabian sea. We also host intimate beach weddings, birthday parties, and corporate retreats. Please contact our team via WhatsApp or enquiry form for personalized event setups.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the season and rate plan selected during booking. For standard direct bookings, cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the check-in date receive a full refund minus nominal processing charges. Peak holiday packages (Dec 22 – Jan 05) are non-refundable.
